I always get asked on how to answer the ‘strengths and weakness’ interview question. I myself find odd for interviewers to ask this questions as it really does not hold any form of weight. I would rather they phrase it in a situation or an achievement and in a form of specificity.

Know Thyself

First, I would assess my personality or understand myself. How do I this? A personality test obviously (lols). By knowing yourself you will know how to answer the strength and weakness question in your own character or flow. What this means is you do not have to ‘sell yourself’. I really hate that when a career coach or recruiter says ‘ You have to sell yourself’. How do you sell yourself if you have never sold anything before. Unless if you are in sales and a good salesman.
